Registration Steps

Please be sure to complete all of the steps below to ensure that your student athlete(s) are practice ready. Please note that in addition to our Team Fee, you must also register and pay fees to both IICL (Idaho Interscholastic Cycling League) & NICA. See below for details.

1. Fill out the TVC Team Registration form. This must be filled out for each student athlete.

2. Pay your Team Fees. Team fees are $175* per student athlete. If you are registering two or more student athletes, you only need to pay for two. In this case, please select the $350* option for your family.

3. Register and pay $180 IICL Membership Fee and $50 NICA National Fee on Pitzone to be "practice-ready". This is also where you can sign up for races.

RETURNING ATHLETES: Go directly to Pitzone to register and pay IICL & NICA fees.

NEW ATHLETES: After paying TVC Team Fees, check your email for invitations to both TeamSnap and Pitzone. Please allow a couple days for our head coach to send this out. Create accounts for both.

4. Download Team Snap app to your phone, find it on the App Store or Google Play. TeamSnap will be used throughout the season to check in for each practice and for communication.

All steps must be completed and fees paid before student-athletes may participate in team activities, practices or events.

Registration is open April 1, 2024 through July 31, 2024. We encourage student-athletes to register early, and attend Pre-Season Activities during the month of June to get trained and "trail ready".

*Team fees will be an additional $25 per athlete for payment made after May 31, 2024.

Financial assistance is available to help with both the league and team fees, so please ask!
