2026 TVC Grom Crew Team Registration

When you've completed this form, you will have:

Registered one student athlete for Teton Valley Composite Grom Crew, our 4 & 5th grade pilot program.
Signed our Code of Conduct (student athletes will also sign a copy during one of the first practices),
Signed the liability waiver, and
Paid the team membership fees. These fees are for the team only, NICA charges a $75 fee as well.
